Implementation Specialist (ERP / Warehouse Management)

We are growing and looking for an Implementation Specialist who enjoys working directly with customers, solving operational challenges, and guiding clients through successful software implementations.

The Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary guide for new customers as they implement ScanForce. You will manage projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring each customer successfully deploys our warehouse management solution.

This role combines project management, consulting, training, and customer support. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams, operations managers, and ERP administrators to configure our software and help them improve their processes.

You will typically manage multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects stay on schedule while delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead Customer Implementations

  • Manage implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and within budget

Train and Educate Customers

  • Conduct software training sessions with warehouse and office staff
  • Help customers understand best practices for warehouse operations
  • Create helpful documentation and training materials

Provide Solution Consulting

  • Work with customers to understand their warehouse processes and operational needs
  • Configure ScanForce solutions to match their workflows
  • Recommend improvements and automation opportunities

Troubleshoot and Support

  • Diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues
  • Provide clear and timely communication to customers
  • Act as the trusted resource customers rely on during implementation

Build Strong Customer Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation
  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively
  • Deliver the exceptional customer experience ScanForce is known for

Contribute to Product Improvement

  • Test new features and releases
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Share insights from customer implementations

Occasional Travel

  • Some travel may occur for on-site consulting or customer visits.

About You

ERP or WMS Experience (Preferred) – You have experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse systems, such as:

  • Sage 100
  • Other ERP platforms
  • Warehouse Management Systems
  • Supply chain or inventory software

Warehouse Operations Knowledge – You understand warehouse processes such as:

  • Inventory control
  • Picking and packing
  • Receiving
  • Bin and lot tracking
  • Barcode scanning workflows

Natural Teacher – You enjoy helping people learn. You’re patient, approachable, and able to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.

Customer-Focused – You genuinely care about customer success and go the extra mile to ensure customers have a great experience.

Organized and Detail-Oriented – You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once and keeping track of timelines, tasks, and deliverables.

Strong Communicator – You can explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

Analytical Mindset – Experience with SQL queries, troubleshooting, or technical problem-solving is helpful but not required.

Fast Learner – You’re curious, adaptable, and excited to learn new systems and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP, WMS, inventory, or supply chain systems
  • Sage 100 experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET

Location:
Remote

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
