Our Make to Order Manufacturing Software for Sage 100 offers several ways to integrate the creation of a Work Ticket in Sales Order Entry.
  • Automatically – Work Ticket is created automatically with no user intervention for all Make to Order enabled items.
  • Prompt – upon adding a Make to Order enabled item to a Sales Order; a message pops up asking the user if they wish to create a Work Ticket for the item.
  • Manual – users can select the Create Work Ticket button on the Items tab.
  • Work Tickets are automatically linked to Sales Orders and other Work Tickets
  • When a ‘Make To Order’ item is removed from a Sales Order the user is alerted that the item is linked to a Work Ticket
  • Sub-Assembly Work Tickets are linked to the original Work Ticket
  • The Sales Order is linked directly to the Work Ticket created for item(s)
  • Alerts - When a Make to Order item is removed from a Sales Order, a warning message will display indicating a Work Ticket associated with it.
