Outbound Serialization
for Sage 100
Outbound Serialization is an enhancement that is ideal for tracking individual items for warranties and traceability requirements without using the serial valuation method in Sage 100.
- Adds a checkbox at the item level allowing users to indicate whether or not an item should be tracked with outbound serial numbers.
- When checked, the handheld device will prompt the user for a serial number in ScanForce SO checking/packing and SO Shipping.
- Numbers are stored as comma separated values in a new field in the invoice detail and the ScanForce management console.

- Your warehouse doesn’t care to track serial numbers internally
- You need to know who purchased a serial number for warranties or traceability requirements
- Workers are wasting time using an unneeded Serialized Inventory Valuation Method
