Batch Transfer

for Sage 100

It is inevitable that you will have transactions in a batch that you don’t want to process with the other transactions in that batch, especially during shipping. Our Batch Transfer feature includes options to efficiently move records between batches, expediting the processing of batches for faster inventory and invoicing updates.

  • For receiving, inventory transactions, and shipping batches, select the ‘Batch Transfer’ option under Utilities in your Sage 100 system.
  • Select the ‘From’ and ‘To’ batches and any record selection criteria.
  • You can also manually select specific records to transfer.
