ScanForce’s Bill of Materials (BOM) picking allows users to stage component items before creating a BOM production entry.
  • Indicate the bill (item) to be produced. The ScanForce mobile program then prompts the user for the components and quantities to pull for staging.
  • Items are validated based on the Bill data from Sage.
  • Items are transferred to a ‘production’ or ‘staging’ warehouse code or bin location when using multi-bin. Multi-bin allows the program to direct the user to locations.
