Auto-Allocate by Case Pack

for Sage 100

Used within our WMS Premium module, this enhancement improves sales order picking for items stored as cases and eaches by efficiently allocating bins that contain full cases of the items for large order quantities.
  • Define the case pack quantity for the item in Sage 100.
  • Define bins and entire bin location types as Case Pack locations.
  • Using the ScanForce Auto-Allocation feature, pickers will be directed to Case Pack bin locations when the order quantity for the item warrants it.
