We’re excited to welcome Shelly Fraley as the newest member of the ScanForce team! As our Sales Administrator, Shelly will be working closely with our sales team on price quoting, scheduling, and supporting all sales operations needs, helping to keep our sales process running smoothly and efficiently.
A Wealth of Sales Operations Experience
Shelly brings over 20 years of experience in sales administration and operations within the software industry. Her background includes expertise in process implementation, price quoting, RFPs, and CRM management. She has worked extensively with QuoteWerks and a variety of CRM platforms, including Zoho, and also has experience with barcode scanner hardware from her previous role supporting self-checkout systems.
From Ohio to Michigan (and 9 Other States in Between!)
Originally from southern Ohio, Shelly now calls Metro Detroit home, but she has lived in 11 different states over the years. She enjoys cycling, kayaking, and spending time with her grandchildren. While she cheers for the Detroit Lions, she admits she is not a serious sports fan. Her musical tastes include Adele, and she is a big fan of Jodi Picoult books.
Shelly also has a love for French culture, having visited Paris in 2021 and Quebec last summer. She dreams of visiting the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. At home, she and her spouse have a blended family of five adult children, six grandchildren, and a 13-year-old son still at home, along with two Westies, Kayleigh and Lexie, who graciously let the humans live in their house.
Fun Fact: Shelly once worked as a church ventriloquist entertainer in her youth, which is a unique skill we are excited to see in action at the next team gathering.
